Goal

This note is to provide basic steps to troubleshooting Installed Base error transaction with error message

'One of the prior WIP material transaction identified by TRANSACTION_ID=&transaction_id did not process successfully in Install Base. Please check the error log and re-process the failed transaction first before processing this transaction. (WIP_ENTITY_ID=&job_id)'

The type of error transaction is normally WIP Assembly Completion (CSIWIPAC) but it can be WIP component issue (CSIWIPCI) too.
