R12 Tasks Have Customer_id's In Database When They Should Not (Doc ID 2395462.1)

Symptoms

Tasks have customer_id's in database when they shouldn't.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Tasks should not have customer_id's in database if in front end no customer information exists.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Projects responsibility > Projects > search your project > Open > Customer - see no customer information exist.
2. Run select * from pa_task whee project_id= ;&....; and check if customer_id column is populated.
