Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create an order release using a template (no item or ship unit data) with the Order Configuration "AUTO_CALC", OTM is not considering the line item that the user inserts. Instead it generates a single line item that contains as the Packaged Item the "DEFAULT" and quantity 1.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Created OR from Template should retain the Packaged Item inserted and its quantity when creating the Order Release

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Order Release template by checking the Template check box, and select type as standard with Order Config type: AUTO CALC
2. Create an order release from the template above by action Copy Order Release and insert the line item with other than Default Packaged item and enter the quantity , then click finished
3. Open the above newly created OR in step 2 with edit mode, and navigate to Line Item tab, you will find that the" Default " Packaged Item ID and a quantity of 1 is inserted, and the originally inserted Packaged item and its quantity has not been retained
