On : 12.1.3 version, API

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Extra lines appear in the log of requests that call the API IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB after RPC4

In the log of requests that call the API IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB extra lines appear after RPC4 which were not in log files before RPC4.
 These lines are for example:

 IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_payer_id: 18659627
 IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_assign_id: 19475629
 IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_trxn_ref_number2: 30197335883020
 IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: l_legal_entity_id:
 IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: LE l_debit_auth_id:
 IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.get_default_mandate: Default l_debit_auth_id:

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Unwanted log messages should not get printed after disabling log

1. Apply RPC4 and call the API IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB
