Symptoms

Cannot use TCA API HZ_ORG_CONTACT_BO.create_object to create a relationship with end_date before sysdate

Get Error:

Invalid value for RELATIONSHIP. Please enter RELATIONSHIIP_ID,
RELATIONSHIP_CODE, RELATIONSHIP_TYPE value from HZ_RELATIONSHIPS.
An error has occurred in this embedded business object: CUST_ACCT_CONTACT.
An error has occurred in this embedded business object: CUST_ACCT.
An error has occurred in this embedded business object: ORG_CUST.
