Order Purge Does Not Purge the Hold Related Information If It Exists With the Order (Doc ID 2396456.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order Purge does not purge the hold related information if it exists with the order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order Purge should purge all the related data including the hold related date if at all it exists.

ISSUE FREQUENCY
------------------
It occurs every time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Reports, Requests > Run
4. Run the Order Purge Selection to create the Purge Set
5. Run the Order Purge to purge the above Purge Set.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Since the hold related data will be there in tables forever and will not be removed, This will result in performance issue and hence, it will become productivity loss.
