Symptoms
When attempting to delete an unpaid payment batch/payrun, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
You cannot delete this payrun as concurrent request xxxxxxx to create worksheets for this payrun has not been completed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a payment batch
2. terminate the create worksheet concurrent program
