Create Accounting: Error 95311 - The Company segment value for the Account Code Combination is not assigned to the Ledger (Doc ID 2396961.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Subledger Accounting

Create Accounting is completing with the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------

Error Number: 95311
Error Message: The Company segment value for the account code combination AAA-BBBB-CCC-DDDDDDD-EEEEEEE-FFF-GGG specified in line 2 is not assigned to the ledger XYZ. Please update the Company segment value assignments for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another Company segment value.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 
1. OPM Financials Responsibility
2. Navigate to the menu > View > Requests
3. Submit a new request > Create Accounting
