'Territory resource stamping error. Contract Number - XXX' on Transfer of Item Instance in Installed Base (Doc ID 2397026.1)

When attempting to transfer an Item Instance from one owner to another using an Installed Base responsibility, the new warranty that is created does not have the Salesperson copied from the original contract. It also generates the notification "Territory resource stamping error. Contract Number - XXX". The reason is, for contracts created by transfer of ownership, the Salesperson is always being derived from Territory Management even though a Salesperson is present on the original contract.
