Unscheduling Tasks From The Dispatch Center When Customer Confirmation Received Throws Error "APP-CSR-254062"

On : 12.1.3 version, Dispatch Center
Dispatchers will be allowed to Reschedule, Unschedule and Cancel Tasks for which Customer Confirmation has already been recorded.
The following Task right click menu option will be enabled for a Task with Customer Confirmation set to ‘Received’
• Unschedule Task
But when selecting this option an error is received:
APP-CSR-254062 - Task can not be cancelled or unscheduled because it has already received customer confirmation
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Navigate to Field service manager/dispatcher responsibility > Dispatch center
3. Query for the task which has already customer confirmation received.
4. Try to unschedule the task
5. Getting error "Task can not be cancelled or unscheduled because it has already received customer confirmation"
