RDA result - Not Certified [Linux 7 Version] For EBS R12.2 (Doc ID 2397102.1)

Symptoms

 When running the RDA report on Oracle Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux, version 7 - Update 0 or higher (64-bit) it is incorrectly stated that the Linux version is not certified with EBS - rule A00200.

Also, in many cases it was incorrectly reported that ld and linux32 are not present in /usr/bin as required although they are there - rule A01400.
