On : 12.2.4 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to access the XML Gateway Inbound URL http://<serverName>.<domain>/webservices/ECXOTAInbound after the successful application of AD / TXK delta 10 patches,
the following error occurs.

Most likely causes:
This website requires you to log in.
What you can try:
Go back to the previous page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply AD / TXK Delta 10 patches via adop.
2. attempt to access the XML Gateway Inbound URL http://<serverName>.<domain>/webservices/ECXOTAInbound.
3. Apply the following workaround to restore access to the above noted XML Gateway Inbound URL:
AD / TXK delta 10 patches were applied
