Unexpected Error Occurred during Autocreate for Some Specific Items (Doc ID 2397558.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Purchase Order

When attempting to Autocreate purchase order from requisition for some specific items,
the following error occurs.

Unexpected error occurred during Autocreate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Navigate to Purchasing responsibility>Requisitions>Requisitions.

2.Create Requisition for some specific items, approve it.

3.Go to Purchase Orders>Autocreate form, find the requisition that created in above step.

4.Trying to create it into purchase order, then get below error:
   Unexpected error occurred during Autocreate.
