When IB Is Updated With An IB That Does Not Have A Contract The Old Contract Stays On The SR (Doc ID 2397628.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Form

Replacing an Instance number that does not have a contract in the SR form does not clear out the old attached contract

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a new SR# XXXXXXX with instance XXXXXXX that has contracts
Now click on the Instance Torch to open form and replaced the Instance with YYYYYYY that has no contract and the SR does not clear the old contracts as expected.

Note: The issue does not happen when the LOV for the instance number is used
