Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to Cancel Order Line the following error occurs.

WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND

From debug log:

RETURNED FROM WSH UPDATE_SHIPPING_ATTRIBUTES E
 INSIDE EXPECTED ERROR
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD_TEXT
Error: WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND

  1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
  2. Order Organizer > Query Sales Order
  3. Header is Booked
  4. Lines are Awaiting_Shipping
  5. Actions > Cancel > Cancel Reason
  6. Line Processing Message: Error: WSH_NO_DATA_FOUND
