Subject to Geppen Process by Adding Fraction of Commutation Allowance

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying patch 22890403 and running the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)" ,the fractional part of Si Fixed Wage are added in the last period of payment.
Therefore, Fixed Wage is not changed for the assignment but there is difference of Si Fixed Wage between 3 months and 4 months before Geppen Processing month and concurrent program "Payroll Run (Geppen)" considers fixed wage fluctuation.
As a result this assignment which satisfy the Geppen conditions other than fixed wage fluctuation is subject to Geppen Process.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1, Open the form "Commute Information".
Responsibility: Related to JP HRMS responsibility
(N) People -> Enter and Maintain -> (B) Assignment -> (B) Others -> Commuting Info
2, Click the tab "Public Transportation".
3, Enter the transportation as below.

|Train||AAA||BBB||Three Months||Salary||30,002||201710||This Month|
4, Run the concurrent program "Payroll Report (Transfer Commutation Allowance to BEE)".
5, Submit Payroll Run
Repeat step 4 and 5 from 201710 until 201803.
6, Check the value of 'Si Fixed Wage' in Element Entry"Sal_ Basic_ Commutation Allowance".
(N) People -> Enter and Maintain -> (B) Assignment -> (B)Entries
There is a difference of 2 yen as fraction of commutation allowance between 201712 and 201801.

7, Run the concurrent program "Payroll Run (Geppen)" at 201804.
8,Confirm the assignment that satisfy the Geppen conditions other than fixed wage fluctuation.
