Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version, Transaction Entry
After creating orders from an approved internal requisition and its creation in PO, when executing the Order Import concurrent program an error is occurring.
ERROR

Item with inventory_item_id=4nnn is not defined in Item validation Org 2nn.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Order Management Responsibility,
2) Concurrent Programs,
3) Schedule,
4) Find and select the Order Import Concurrent Program,
5) Run the program and error is seen
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the order import process.
