On : 12.2.7 version, Receiving Functions
When attempting to use new Return to Vendor feature to perform return to supplier without original Purchase Order/ Receipt,
the following error occurs when trying to select supplier site from LOV.
ERROR

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility>Receiving>Returns.
2. Enter Operating Unit and Receipt Org information, choose Source Type= Supplier.
3. Click on the New button on 'Find Returns' form.
4. Enter Supplier, trying to select Supplier site from the LOV, then get below error:
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
