UPK: Upgrade From UPK 11.1.0.2 To 12.1.0.2 Fails (Doc ID 2399012.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.2 version, upgraded both the server and client, but when connecting the client the client displays a "Disconnected" status. 


ERROR

Client appears in a a disconnected state

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch UPK Developer
2. Enter Library location
3. Connect to Library
4. Disconnected status displays in far right hand corner.
