Change Organization Context on Import Workbench From Default Master Organization ? -- Not possible (Doc ID 2399087.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Catalog items

Actual Behavior
Import and Export workbench is defaulting org as master org even though we change the org
User is not able to query the batch detail  for other organizations
 
Expected Behavior
Should be able to see batch details

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Workbench > See org always defaults to Master org.
