Goal
On : 11.5.10.1 version, Transaction Fulfillment
RMA Sales Order Lines Stuck in Awaiting Return Disposition Status and no credit memo is generated.
The reason these lines are stuck in Awaiting Return Disposition are due to quantity discrepancies that are caused by conversion from one UOM to another.
For example., their company works with control lot series and item UOMs conversions. Many times happens a little stock balances impacting the deliveries and issue material transactions.
Example: item has 1 box equivalent 30 units:
One Sales order with 10 units and 01 unit is converted in box to be 0,333333 (5 Decimal places)
