Agent Dashboard - Need Customer Number or Registry ID In The Search And Select: Customer Name Pop Up LOV (Doc ID 2399504.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Agent Dashboard, Create Service Request region

Actual Behavior

In the Agent Dashboard, Create Service Request, when using the Customer Name as the Search Key the Search and Select: Customer Name pop up does not include a customer number (or registry id or party number)

Expected Behavior

Customer Number should be included on Search by Customer Name criteria

Steps to Reproduce

1. Customer Support
2. Agent Dashboard > Create Service request
3. Search Customer by Customer Name criteria
