Goal
E-Business Suite R12 User Management, User Interface Administration UI related issues
Provide steps to create a read only User Management responsibility.
In some cases business implementation requirements may require only view and query access for users.
Note: This document helps to create a Responsibility that is similar to User Management, but it does not have the capability of changing or updating the assigned roles/responsibilities to a given user.
One may have already reviewed <Note 1459695.1> and <Note 2291928.1> and was able to establish a copy of User Management, but cannot get the roles and responsibilities portion of the screen to come up in a Read-Only or Query-Only mode.
