Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
When OLM users tried to search and play the course , All the 4 node RAC database servers exhausted all of the memory and got into a hung state . This is can be reproduced with 200 uses in Test instance too.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
OLM should not exhaust all the memory in the DB.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue could reproduced in a test system with just 200 users. We noticed that LMS users generated almost 2500 DB sessions and processes and because of this all the DB nodes ran out of memory .
