When trying to open the "Ship Confirm Departures form in Shipping Execution, the system throws the following error

FRM-40010 Cannot Read Form /pgbari/applmgr/1200/eo/12.0.0/forms/US/WSHFSCDP.fmx

Please advise how to open this Form in R12
