Interface trip stop failing for internal orders
In a WMS enabled org and for serial controlled items for some internal orders, ITS is failing. Interface tripstop is failing for orders (primarily Transfer orders) is because Transfer orders are getting pick released (to perform paperbase picks/Pick by label) but at the same time, these orders are also being direct shipped through Telnet. It appears that Oracle has bug in the process that gets confused and causes interface Tripstop to fail. This is preventing to complete Ship confirm transaction and not being able to receive products in Receiving DC
MTL_ONLINE_TRANSACTION_PUB.process_online returns false
Error Code: Transaction processor error
Error Explanation: An error occurred while relieving reservations.
1. Create a sales order and reserve a qty from 1 LPN
2. pick to release the sales order
3. Do Direct ship for the LPN which is reserved against the pick release.
4. Then ship confirm
