Symptoms

The cXML generation process errors out when ever the PO Line has multiple distributions.

ERROR

cXML Generation Fails with below error:
ORA-20000: Abnormal condition encountered, infinite loop detected - ECX_PRINT_LOCAL.PRINT_NEW_LEVEL


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Punchout any item "A" to iProcurement Cart
2. Navigate away to any other page, item remains in the cart
3. Again punchout same item "A" to Cart
4. Submit the purchase requisition to autocreate PO
5. As per standard Purchase Order grouping logic, the requisition lines are clubbed into a single line of the PO. The PO Line will have two distributions.
6. PO gets approved and PO Xml Delivery gets triggered.
7. cXML Generation Fails with below error:
ORA-20000: Abnormal condition encountered, infinite loop detected - ECX_PRINT_LOCAL.PRINT_NEW_LEVEL
