RATE_OFFERING Screen Set Columns "Pickup Stops Contraint" and "Delivery Stops Constraint" Not Saving

Symptoms
A copy of the Screen Set RATE_OFFERING is created and the columns "Pickup Stops Contraint" and "Delivery Stops Constraint" are added to the results tab and each one is made editable.
When Mass Update is performed on Rate Offerings using this screen set they are not saved. The Rate Offering IDs are stuck on a screen that says that this is "saving".
Same result if you update an individual field through the Rate Offering Result screen.
