Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Timekeeper Entry

When attempting to query data in timekeeper group, the following error occurs.

ERROR 1

FRM-40735: ON-ERROR TRIGGER RAISED UNHANDLED EXCEPTION ORA-01001


ERROR 2
-----------------------
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE ERROR 3114 IN AUDFRM
CAUSE: AUDFRM FAILED DUE TO ORA-03114: NOT CONNECTED TO ORACLE.
THE SQL STATEMENT BEING EXECUTED AT THE TIME OF THE ERROR WAS: &SQLSTMT AND WAS EXECUTED FROM THE FILE &ERRFILE.
