HTML Statement Download has No Link to Return to the Application (Doc ID 2401266.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Home Page/Account Summary

You are attempting to download an HTML format statement in iReceivables.
The HTML statement opens in the same Internet Explorer window without any back navigation link or back button.
This causes you to use the browser back button to return to the application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iReceivables > query a customer > go to the home page > statements > download a statement in HTML format
2. The browser window opens but there is no button or link to return and you have to click the back button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot return to the application by a link or button other than the back button.
