Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Customers Module

Customer contact point TLX  cannot be created from Customer Site Communication Tab in R12 from the Customer UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customers standard form
2. Customers
3. Account details
4. Communication
5. Create contact point
