Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

Sales Order - Line Status remains Booked instead of Awaiting Shipping.

When use Action / Progress Order on the Line, get error message related to the Project not being enabled.
The Projects Form shows the Project has been created and approved.

ERROR

Project 1819210063 is currently not enabled in this organization. Please enable this project in this organization or
choose another project or organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue occurs only for this Order Line.
1. Connect to Applications using an Order Management Responsibility
2. Open the Sales Order Form.
3. Query the Sales Order.
4. Go to Lines Tab.
5. The status for Lines remains Booked.
6. Use Action / Progress Order
  Get error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cannot progress the Order Lines from Booked status.
