Able to Select Locator With Status Which Doesn't Allow Move Order Transfer in Move Order Allocation Form (Doc ID 2401692.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Define a locator with status which doesn't allow move order transfer, but the locator could be selected in the move order allocation form.

Expected Behavior
Define a locator with status which doesn't allow move order transfer, the locator could not be selected in the move order allocation form.

Steps
1) Inventory Responsibility (N)Setup > Transactions > Material Status
Define material status:LL_DISALLOW_MOXFR which disallows "Transact Subinventory Transfer Move Order"
2) Inventory Responsibility (N)Setup > Organizations > Stock Locators
Create locator LOC1.1.1 under subinventory SUB1, assign the LL_DISALLOW_MOXFR status to this locator.
3) Inventory Responsibility (N)Move Orders > Move Orders
Create MO with transaction type Move Order Transfer, Source subinventory SUB1
4) Inventory Responsibility (N)Move Orders > Transact Move Orders
Open move order allocation, check the locator list of values. Find LOC1.1.1 can be selected
Same behavior in destination locator.
