Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 Mobile Field Service
GPS tracking has been enabled on Mobile field service. However when the technician sync's the device. The following error is displayed:
Error:
CSF_GPS_UNKNOWN_ERROR (P_TEXT=-1400ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("CSF"."CSF_GPS_DEVICES"."DEVICE_TAG"))
