Problem Statement:

After RUP10 was applied, 3rd Party Vendor selected on the BOE TAX screen was not flowing to Receipt window when BOE was applied.
For resolving this issue, the BOE Consolidated Patch # 26724514 was suggested. After applying this patch, we started facing the below issues:
> BOE cannot be applied to the Receipt
> Only after you capture the TAX Amount manually on the Receipt along with BOE application it works
> 3rd Party Vendor information was still not flowing from BOE to Receipt
