When attempting to download the Compensation Details for a plan, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ERROR: Some parameters for the report were found missing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility Compensation Workbench for Administrators.
2. Click the Compensation Detail link under Reporting from the Compensation Workbench Home page.
3. Select the parameters below and click the Go button:
-Compensation Plan
-Period
-Country
-Business Group
-Levels Down
-Number of Rows Displayed
4. Click the Download to Spreadsheet button.
5. Click the Download Default Definition button.
Error occurs.
