ORA-23401 Occurs in General Ledger Accounting Setup Program (Doc ID 2402289.1)

When attempting to create a new ledger with Accounting Setup Manager, General Ledger Accounting Setup Program ends with an error.

Error

SHRD0203: Oracle error detected in GL_FLATTEN_SETUP_DATA.Main() - ORA-23401: materialized view "APPS"."GL_ACCESS_SET_LEDGERS" does not exist

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups.

2. Complete ledger definition.

3. General Ledger Accounting Setup Program ends with above error.
