Strategy Diagnostic Errors When Run at the Delinquency Level (Doc ID 2402490.1)

When running the IEX Strategy Diagnostic at the Delinquency level, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run Advance collections strategy diagnostic, when system is set to Delinquency Level

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the strategy diagnostic.
