When attempting to use the Workflow Notification Mailer for Outbound Email Notification processing the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to use the Workflow Notification Mailer.
2. Oracle Application Manager (OAM) > Workflow > Notification Mailer.
3. Start the mailer and begin processing outbound email notifications.
