In Oracle Payments ,Create Settlement Batches Completed with Error


ERROR

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: IBY_20220#ERRMSG=Payee LegalEntity Name is Inva (ERR_OBJECT=Batch name)

Steps to reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with responsibility: Funds Capture Process Manager 

2. Navigation: Run Create Settlement Batches program

3. Result: Create Settlement Batches fails
