Goal

The script paupg119.sql sometimes takes very long to run during the upgrade from R12.1.3 to R12.2.6, because this script updates records in the table PA_RESOURCE_ASSIGNMENTS which may contain a great volume of records (eg. the script runs for 7 hours for 37M records).

Can this script be skipped during the upgrade and be run after upgrade?
