Price Not Populating As Per The Precedence Assigned For The Secondary Price Lists

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Price is not populating as per the precedence for the secondary price list attached to the primary price list.
Expects price to come from the secondary price list assigned with highest precedence.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
BIG SEARCH is enabled
STANDARD PRICING ENGINE
1. Oracle Pricing Manager Responsibility
2. Navigate To: Price List > Price List Setup
3. Query Primary Price list
Click on secondary price list tab
1) PL-A prec 100
2) PL-B prec 140
4. Ran QP: Maintains the denormalized data in QP Qualifiers
5. Test on a new order
Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
Enter primary price list on order header which is defaulted to order line.
Enter order line and save.
It takes price from PL-B(precedence 140) but expected price from PL-A (higher precedence 100)
Applied <Patch 27436523>:R12.QP.C and <Patch 25918432>:R12.QP.C
The issue is still present.
