Qualifier Precedence Not Working Resulting in Error Failed to Resolve Incompatibility Between Price Lists (Doc ID 2403716.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to enter an order line, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Failed to resolve incompatibility between price lists (XYZ)
Duplicate price list lines: PL1_PREC_1, PL2_PREC_2


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Following is the scenario

- Both the price list has same item with precedence 200
   One has qualifier precedence = 540 while the other has precedence = 190.

Big search is ON (Event phases setup)

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter order/order line and save.


ACTIONS TAKEN
Applied <Patch 27436523>:R12.QP.C, issue is still present.
Ran QP: Maintains Denormalized Data in QP Qualifiers

Issue occurs with pattern search enabled and also when it is disabled.
