If An Employee Is Budgeted Out Of 4 Business Units But Has One Position, How Do You Configure the Budget? (Doc ID 2404116.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.7 version, Budget Management

If an employee is included in 4 business units' budgets, how can you break a 1/4 of the budget out for each business unit but keep them in one position?

Therefore if the 4 BUs would have the breakout for FTE and Money (example = total salary is $100,000) for one Position X:
1) BU A --> FTE: .25 and Money: $25,000
2) BU B --> FTE: .25 and Money: $25,000
3) BU C --> FTE: .25 and Money: $25,000
4) BU D --> FTE: .25 and Money: $25,000

This could be accomplished at the costing level on the assignment after the position is provided, but it is needed to be entered earlier on in the position control process at the beginning of the fiscal year and break them out accordingly.
