Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

After <Patch 21506651:R12.PO.B> and <Patch 14096724:R12.PO.B> applied, the following invalids objects found.

PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE20": invalid identifier
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

Errors for PACKAGE BODY PO_DOCUMENT_FUNDS_PVT
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "AMOUNT_CHANGED_FLAG" : identificateur non valide
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

Errors for PACKAGE BODY PO_ENCUMBRANCE_PREPROCESSING
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "ENC"."AMOUNT_CHANGED_FLAG": invalid identifier
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
PL/SQL: ORA-00904: "DISTS"."AMOUNT_CHANGED_FLAG": invalid identifier

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After applying patches
2. Run the "Diagnostics: Apps Check" Report using a Purchasing responsibility:
    a. Navigate to Reports > Run
    b. Choose Submit a Single Request
    c. At Name choose Diagnostics: Apps Check
    d. At Parameters enter:
    Application 1: Purchasing
    Application 2: Application Object Library 

   e. Submit the request  
   f. Navigate to View > Requests 
   g. Select the Report Output (not the Log) to upload
3. Can see invalid objects in Apps Check
