Actual Behavior

Task Type List of Values Not Showing any values after Jan 2018 CPU(Critical Patch Upgrade)

Expected Behavior

Expect to see that the Task type list of values in the Service request form shows expected values

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Open the Create Service request form and query for any service request
4. Navigate to task tab and click on the Task Type Field
    Observe that the Task Type List of values is empty
