Symptoms

When attempting to reverse a project asset that has been interfaced to FA the following error occurs:

STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects responsibility > Capitalization > Capital Projects > query the project number having the issue
2. Click on Assets button > click on the Capitalization Details tab on the Asset name which needs to be deleted/reversed
3. Click on the delete button > error message occurs "You may not delete an asset which has assets lines"
4. Mark the asset name as reversed > click on Save > the reported error occurs
