Symptoms

Task and SR are not synchronized to the mobile device.

Mobile user has synchronized without errors

Diagnostics for Oracle Field Service / Laptop> Task Diagnostic Test shows error:

Task is assigned to a mobile user resource
Task type is schedulable
Task status is assigned
Task with task number %s does not have a task type with a DISPATCH rule
Task assignment status is assigned
The service request has the Installed At address populated
Task is associated to a service request
Task is visible in the Dispatch Center for the engineer
Task type does not have a rule associated to it, of type 'Field Service'
