Dunning Status Report Does Not Show All Dunning Letters Created (Doc ID 2404761.1)

Last updated on MAY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Advanced Collections - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Collections Dunning Request Status Report is not listing all dunning letters that were created in a particular run.  This report is created when running the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers program, and lets the user review and see which letters were
created, and which template was used for each customer.

When using staged dunning, it is possible for one customer to get multiple letters based on the stage. When multiple letters are sent to the same account, the Dunning Request Status Report only shows one letter, when two letters were actually created and sent.

The output report should show all dunning letters generated.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
:Collections

  1. Submit the EX: Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers program for a staged dunning plan.
  2. If multiple staged letters are sent to the same customer, as an example, the report will show:
    Number of successful record(s) : 100
The report will show 100 rows, but the dunning output file will have > 100 letters.
