ITS Completed With Error 'Batch XXXXX Is Not Yet Fully Interfaced To OM' when move order line id missing on wsh_delivery_details (Doc ID 2404807.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to interface specific deliveries to OM and Inventory, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Batch <batch number> is not yet fully interfaced to OM.
  x_completion_status ==> WARNING


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate >Shipping >Interfaces
3. Run interface trip stop for the problematic delivery
4. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
